I Missed Getting My Three Month Shot In August.. My

I missed getting my three month shot in August.. My home pregnancy test have been negative, but they were also cheap.. Every morning around 2 or 3am I'm having nausea and cravings. . is there anything else that could be causing this... Also being a lot more moody then usual, with crying ugh
