I Missed My Period For A Month Now But I

I missed my period for a month now but I take pregnancy test awhile ago and it shows negative.
I have irregular period last year, I missed period for 2 months (Aug-Sept) but after that I have regular period from October-December. I want to get pregnant but I missed period this month, I thought I am pregnant but the PT shows negative. What should I do?
