I Missed Three Pills In My First Week Of My

I missed three pills in my first week of my new pack and had sex multiple times. I have 9 days left in my pack. Two days ago I took two pregnancy tests which showed faint positives and one today which looked more negative. Should I keep taking my pill or just stop and use a backup method. Do the pills affect the accuracy of the test?
