I Missed Two Periods Took Four Pregnancy Tests And They

I missed two periods took four pregnancy tests and they All Came back negative. I had a sharp pain inmy pelving area and the following day ( november first) i started spotting. Its been three weeks NOW and im still bleeding but my clit ia burning itching and hurta and extremely sensative and started on Saturday. Can you please help me?
