I Mistakenly Put Drops From A Previous Cataract Surgery In

I mistakenly put drops from a previous cataract surgery in my eye ( 3 times) instead of tobramycin-dexamethason, which was prescribed after a current (Wednesday 14th) eye surgery. Once discovered I have only used the correct drops. Should the mistake cause any problems? Should I tell my doctor?
