I mix heroin with kolonlpin and methadone I am always tired and always having constant anxiety/panic attacks the tiredness started when I started the methadone the anxiety has been going on for years and years now sometime it goes away for months At s time then sometimes it comes back to where I feel like calling an ambulance at some points of the day and or night any answers would be greatly appreciated
