I Moved From Northeast PA To Brooksville, Fl With Hopes

I moved from Northeast PA to Brooksville, Fl with hopes to help ease my chronic back pain. I'm unable to find a Dr who accepts Medicare and Medicaid who will continue to treat my pain. I can't find anyone that accepts my insurance and will treat my pain conditions. I'm 66 y/o that has had several lower back surgeries and have titanium rods and bolts but still need medication to help me with my pain. Can anyone help?
