I Must Continue With My Psychotropic Medications And I Have

I must continue with my psychotropic medications and I have been using tumeric in a good form for absorption and other helpful joint formula supplements. Is tumeric an NSAID type that really I should forget about using? I just came across an article online and I can't justify if what I'm doing is wrong. I have enormous help from the supplements for my osteoporosis and I have not noticed my antidepressants reduced in helping me. After reading an article I became concerned...please advise...thank you
