I Need A Cortisone Injection In My Left Index Finger....3

I need a cortisone injection in my left index finger....3 yrs ago I got one in my right hand and have had no trouble since.....advil eases pain some, but does not give me the mobility to use my fingers and hand. I am going to start working apr 4...I am an avionics technician and do close work. I no longer living in florida and cannot go back to the doctor who I saw in Melbourne FL. How do I go about finding a dr. who will give me another cortisone shot.
