I Need A Occipital Nerve Block Stimulator. I Can't Find

I need a occipital nerve block stimulator. I can't find a doctor that can do it and take both of my ins or at least do a hardship for my 2nd ins. please help. I am getting worse and has been in bed for almost 2 months. The pain is so bad nothing is working. I got to already try a temp one and it was the best day ever in 5 years of dealing with pain.
