I Need A Pain Management Doctor That Will Treat Me

I need a pain management doctor that will treat me for long term chronic ic conditions. I've in Diffrent pain management clinic for over 18 years now and ow it's to the point where they are takeing my money them telling g me they do t write any pain meds only pt and surgery. I don't want to be cut on .I'm affraid of it being g worst . What do I do ? Move out the country so I can Continue to take meds that help me that docs won't prescribe any more because people a use them
