I Need A Pediactric Cardiologist To Answer This Question. My

I need a pediactric cardiologist to answer this question. My 16 yr old grandson was born with aortic stenosis and a bicuspid valve. This wasn't founduntil he was 21 days old and he had surgery, the surgery done was like heart by-pass w/a vein or an artery taken from his left arm and put where it was narrow. He did fine even played 3 different sports for 6 yrs and then last yr he started having severe nose bleeds, complaining of chest pain and sometimes fluttering and dizziness. Blood pressure over 200 systolic and over 100 distolic with heart rate as much as 155 at rest. now they tell me he has LVH what can I expect both the best and worst in laymans terms. I raised him since he was 2 yrs. old sold he is the same as mine. (I have custody of him) but I love him the same as my own. B. Richard
