I Need Advice For Living With A Partial Bowel Obstruction.

I need advice for living with a partial bowel obstruction. I have had 3 surgeries and 3 admissions to the hospital without a surgery. How serious is this? Sometimes it is very painful having a bowel movement. Should I see a surgeon. Previous surgeries were for a full blockage. Thank You
