I Need An Excellent Caring Ear Nose And Throat Specialist.

I need an excellent caring ear nose and throat specialist. I have paralyzed vocal cords. I had viral encephylitis and was intubated for 2 weeks. My cords were damaged after the intubation. I cannot breathe well and get just enough air to breath but cannot walk or move well. Breathing is extremely difficult. Can you suggest an ent who might be able to help? I live in Goodyear Az.
