I need help! I am 23 weeks pregnant. I don't have much of a appetite. I have had dirrahea for almost a month now and I've noticed it's mucous y'all the time but when I don't eat it's yellow and when I do it's black. I go about 6 or 7 times a day and at 3 am every day!
