I Need Help! I Am In Agonizing Pain. A Week

I need help! I am in agonizing pain. A week and a half ago I had a colposocopy done. At the same time I asked the doctor to run a urinalysis because I was having pain after peeing when I wiped. Urinalysis came back normal. I still have pain. Two days ago I woke with same problem but even worse. Throughout the day it got worse and worse. My clitoris is extremely swollen and hard, and sensitive to touch. It hurts so bad I can barely walk and I can't sit down. I have to lay with my legs spread apart and propped up. I don't see any ingrown hairs, or have discharge, no signs of yeast, and haven't had sex in over five months. I am trying to avoid going to the ER since I have an appointment with my OBGYN Thursday.... But pain is getting worse. Please help!
