I Need Help. I Inserted A Lunette Menstrual Cup For

I need help. I inserted a Lunette menstrual cup for the first time last night and I cannot get it out this morning. I've tried multiple methods and cannot remove it. Every time I try it seems to move further up. How do I get this out? I would rather not have to go to the hospital if at all possible.
