I Need Help I Was Jabbed Last Night By A

I need help I was jabbed last night by a sharp object like a needle or pin in the side area of my thigh by an unknown man in a crowded area upon reaching home I noticed a tiny prick Mark at the same thigh area I am really scared and confused right now. Have I Been infected by an HIV or Hepatitis infected needle. What I need to do in this regard.please help me.
