I Need Help/advice... I Got A Premolar Lower Tooth Removed

I need help/advice... I got a premolar lower tooth removed on Monday at 1p.m., the dentist said the clot wasn't good and packed the hole with Alvogyl really tight. I developed pain Wednesday and went back today (Friday) the dentist kindly replaced the alvogyl but I have now noticed it feels very wet and soft and when I swallow I feel like it's pulling out. Terrified to go to sleep and wake in agony because my packing is gone.
