I Need Help On How To Approach My Situation. I

I need help on how to approach my situation. I made plans to stay with a friend out of state for a month. I'm asthmatic, and I was sure I packed enough medicine to last through out but I didn't. I have insurance just not from this state and I need medicines refilled or I won't survive the trip back home. What do I do?
