findings: the eamination reveals ill-defined 8 or 9 mm focusof increased T2/FLAIR signal within the right parital perventricular white matter. more anterioly and additional 7 mm lesion is noted perpendicular to the right lateral ventricle.
impression: 2 right cerebal hemisphere T2/FLAIR hyperintense lesions suggestive of demyelinationg disease.
