I Need Help With Neuropathy In My Feet. I Have

I need help with neuropathy in my feet. I have extreme numbness and tingling. I do not want to go the drug route. I have always had poor circulation in my feet and hands. I have had lymes disease for the past 2 1/2 years which i healed. I believe this triggered my latent neuropathy. I have had neuropathy for years. I mhave been taking a neuropathy formula with high b12 etc. this summer, just as i finished my lymes treatments, my numbness,burning and tingling got much worse.
