I Need Pain Medication For A Wrist Fracture That Happened

I need pain medication for a wrist fracture that happened 4 days ago. I have a lot of swelling in my arm and hand as well. Had been taking 400 mg ibuprofen every four hours along with nexium 20 mg twice a day before meals for three days. Began to feel nausea and pain in my upper abdomen soon after meals and have stopped taking ibuprofen since last night. I am in a lot of pain and the swelling has become worse with the cast feeling very constricting. Please advice which medication can reduce the pain and swelling without the stomach issues. Thanks
