I Need Prophylactic Antibiotic Prior To My Dental Appointment Which

I need prophylactic antibiotic prior to my dental appointment which involves cleaning,removal of plaque,probing etc.I take Enbrel and therefore have a weakened immune system. I have cefuroxime
on hand and want to know dose I shed take 1 hr before my appt..I also have multiple artificial joints
w/c is no longer an indication
