I Need Some Answers As I Don't Think Anyone In

I need some answers as I don't think anyone in the medical community knows whats wrong with therefore its a hope for the best here's a prescription.I want to know what's wrong with me 4 yrs ago I had a prolapse in c6 c7 in the cervical.This had to be remove asap as it cut thru into the spinal cord rendering me paralised on the whole left side of my body so was fitted with an implant and was sent home with a list of do's & dont's.After the op I was fine back to my old self however I was told to wait 10 days to have the staples removed from my neck.Come the 10th day my husband was taking me to our community hospital to have them removed how ever we had right of way and a lorry driver on a cell phone ,not paying attention decided he would ignore and we had to slam the brakes but the back of my neck I heard a crack but it wasn,t painful until days after it was way passed the 10 mark on pain levels was taking to hospital suffered 12 hairline fractures and was put in a trauma collar for 6 weeks and the implant got shunted but my nuro consultant said it would settle down since I have had all this happening to me and on a heavy concoction of medications I was in agony and now its been 4 years the implant is still in the same position going by the last MRI july 2015 I now have another prolapsed disc in my mid lumbar and feel that the doctors know more about my body than me which I found rather insulting.They wont take it out and mend it as it would cost a lot of money for the op and it would be pointless.I mean really so in the context you are happily supply me with expensive medications add them up and then figure out is the op worth it.I am so depressed and sick and tired being in pain I have had physio which didn't work and a steroid epidural in my spine and that hasn't work every day is a struggle for meand I never know which will be painful when I wake up.I cant remember a night when I actually had a sleep without any of these meds.I don't drink and I am a socialable smoker as I never smoke everyday only when I am out with friends and now I cant do that.Can you give me a rough idea whats wrong some people say its ME/CFS/FIBROMYALGIA could I be suffering as some of the symptoms that I display well all 3 of these seem to fit but I am not a doctor but I know my body.
