I Need Some Answers Re: Back Pain. Should I Be

I need some answers re: back pain. Should I be concerned about MS? I have tried every modality re: back pain with minimal results over last 15 years. My recent MRI show mass effect on thecal sac at L5. My question is more with the unilateral facet arthropathy. Can this mean an auto immune response at facet of L5. I have other symptoms that I ahve been piecing together. I have right sided loss of proprioception of foot. I have elevated nerve pain, sciatica even while taking Lyrica (gabapentin never worked), I have a bladder issue with releasing yet leaking. I itch all over. I can not focus at work. My eyes flutter. I have restless legs at night while trying to sleep. I have suffered from severe depression 2 yrs. ago. I have issues with sleeping yet I am exhausted and completely out of energy...
