I Need To Find Out Why I'm Always Sick And

I need to find out why I'm always sick and tired its been going on for about four months. I've had a colon endoskipy and an upper endoskipy which showed no polyps but I need to know which direction to go to next I can not continue a normal life style like this. Please try to advise me.
