I Need To Know What An ER Can Do To

I need to know what an ER can do to help a possible heart attack. I went to the VA clinic today, and they recommended that I go due my ekg. I only work 2 days a week, and need to finish out the day. *(the real issue happened last night after a dance number at a civic theatre rehersal)*
