I need to know what can I take for severe hot flashes was taking premarin0.625 and it works since I made 65 my insurance does not want to cover it but all med have some kind of side affects but premarin works for me the dr put me on estradiol and my glands swollen and ear infection so is soy milk, silk milk r some kind of herbs that works?
