I Need To Know What Medicine To Try Next For

I need to know what medicine to try next for my trigeminal nerve pain. Please help me. Currently on Lyrica not tolerating it well. Can’t afford to gain all kinds of weight. I’m only 4’ 11” tall. Don’t want any more health problems. As it is already suffer from chronic migraines for last 13 years from Shinges on right side of face and in right eye. Same side as the TL. Please help. I work full time to keep insurance for my family. Need ideas.
