I Need To Remove My Husband's Catheter. I Have Done

I need to remove my husband's catheter. I have done it before but I just need to be reminded how to do it. I remember there is a baloon in his bladder that I need to deflate but I cannot remember how to do it. I have a surynge to to do it. But I need to know where to attach it to draw the air out.
