I Need To See A Doctor I Had These Little

I need to see a doctor i had these little pink warts on my skin by my genitals since i was old enough to remember.... They went away a long time ago but now they are back and it is a lot of them.... my right leg has what i believe is chronic inflammation n i just noticed what i think is a blood clot right next to the warts..i read online blood clots can come from chronic inflammation i need help can you help me
