I Need To Send My Son To An Inpatient Drug

I need to send my son to an inpatient drug rehabilitation center around my area in Zip code 92324. He is struggling with pain relievers (IV) for almost 10 years , and meth abuse for about 4 yrs. He has no insurance and is on a visa to the USA. His last take of the substance was last May 11 (time he arrived in the US). What rehab center do you suggest is appropriate for him that is a low cost facility.
He is 37 years old and has a 7 yr old son. Wife & son lives outside the US. Will this be a problem during his recovery?
