I Need To Take Bisacodyl 5mg X4 Tab, A Dosage

I need to take Bisacodyl 5mg x4 tab, a dosage of 20mg for a colonoscopy. A common side effect is vertigo. I have been diagnosed with Vestibular migraines which causes vertigo. Do I really need to take this? If so what is the minimum dose? I am a 65 year old woman with a weight of 140lbs and height of 5' 6"
