I Never Have Menstrual Symptoms Before My Period Besides Breast

I never have menstrual symptoms before my period besides breast soreness a week prior. I don't start my period for another week, but I've been having mild bloating and what feels like localized pressure on my uterus for a couple days now. The discomfort is constant, but I can ignore it. My significant other and I have engaged in plenty of oral sex but not vaginal sex at this time. Would a urine test be able to detect my hormone levels at this time?
