I normally pre medicate with 4- 500 mg capsules of Amoxicillin before going to the dentist since I had a knee replacement years ago. I was just diagnosed with c-dif and am currently taking Metronidazole 500 mg 4 times per day for ten days. I need to know if I take the Amoxicillin will that trigger diarrhea?
