I Not Long Had An Abortion Due To Medical Reasons

I not long had an abortion due to medical reasons and now I am struggling with my boobs. I am constantly leaking and they hurt so much extremely tight and firm. Is there anything I can do with the milk coming out or to reduce the pain or tightess I am uncomfortable wearing a bra as it gets really wet! Please help
