I Notice A Dark Spot,on Scrotum. Redness, I Believe It

I notice a dark spot,on scrotum. Redness, I believe it was stick from my dog, I had given him a bath,I checked him,and he actually bit me when I pressed his skin. Few hours later,I VB was itching badly, checked my balls ,I had redness and seem like a tick in my skindrove me crazy I then squeezed hard and got a sharp object burned it.about an an hour ago took a bath,noticed ,on my shaft another image that looks like a tick
