I Notice A Week Ago On My Lip A Dry

I notice a week ago on my lip a dry dark patch that has a drawing or tightness feeling associated with it...now, I am seeing a couple of dark patches on my hands that have been itching...one patch is circular and slightly flaky...I have been cleaning my husband's open cut on his foot for over two months without gloves. His doctor says he also had athletes feet. Do you think this may have come from direct contact?
