I Notice On The Back My Hand Off Color Bruise

I notice on the back my hand off color bruise and later on I noticed it moving up my arm. My arm has a warm feeling. I have been not feeling well all week. I been breaking out in cold sweats today that my clothing is wet. Should I be getting this checked out
