I Notice Some Petechiae Spots On My Body ( 5-10).

I notice some petechiae spots on my body ( 5-10). In fact applying pressure with a finger or glass slide these red spots don't disappear and they go away in two day. My platelet count is perfect and also my coagulation asset (pt ptt ). could it be an autoimmune disease or vasculitis?
