I Notice That When I Lay Down To The Right

I notice that when I lay down to the right or left, I feel like my heart is beating irregularly and I can't count beats. It lasts about 20 to 30 secs. Or I feel same irreg heart beat when having intercourse. This has been for about the past 8 months but more noticeable lately.
