I Noticed A Bony Lump Just Above My Six Year

I noticed a bony lump just above my six year olds temple. Im pretty sure it's new as I always rub his hair and forehead before bed. It does not hurt him at all. It's a bit smaller than a marble. I'm just wondering if it's something he should be seen for. Thanks.
