I Noticed A Bullseye Bruise On My Forearm This Afternoon,

I noticed a bullseye bruise on my forearm this afternoon, and no recollection of hitting it. It is about 2 inches in diameter. The center is harder and more red color, and the outer circle is blue.
I had a heart attach 6 weeks ago,angioplasties and stents. Therefore I am on numerous drugs and blood thinners.
COUKD this bruise be a side effect of Rx ?
