I Noticed A C Ouple Of Days Ago That I

I noticed a c ouple of days ago that I felt like I had indigestion. Then my bowel movements turned very dark. Today I caught a sample of my bowel movement and it was like black tar. I also feel very weak. Should I go to the emergency room and check it out? Thanks
