I Noticed A Circular Spot On My Lower Lip, Basically

I noticed a circular spot on my lower lip, basically right where the lip meets the skin ... by the area. In all, looks more pink and Does not hurt, in morning lip colour should be red and after some time it looks pink, No smoking or any addiction.......it spread to the upper lip i.e upper lip also became pink in colur before that some skin of upper lip removes (chala) so please guide me to what to do
