I Noticed A Few Hours Ago That All The Way

I noticed a few hours ago that all the way across my inner lip is blood red, and some of my top lip. It's not bleeding, I don't taste any blood and when I touch it no blood is on my finger. It doesn't itch or burn, hardly any discomfort but it is notcible. Does anyone know what it might be? Thanks.
