I Noticed A Lump On My Left Inner Thigh About

I noticed a lump on my left inner thigh about 5 days ago along with pain similar to a vaccination, then two days later I experienced flu-like symptoms (chills, fever, and body ache) that lasted two days. The lump grew to the size of a mango.
I took a natural supplements and the lump became smaller, but I would like to know what happened, since there is no redness on my skin nor any marks of a bite. Please advise, thank you.
