I Noticed A Rash Yesterday On My Stomach And Back.

I noticed a rash yesterday on my stomach and back. Today it has spread to various parts of my body. The rash is painless and does not itch. The rash is in lines as if I was scratched. Its not severe but it is spreading. I took a luke warm soapless Epsom bath and then applied Cortisone 10. Thoughts?
