I Noticed A Small Amount Of Blood On My Underwear,

I noticed a small amount of blood on my underwear, and it appears to be near the clitorus region. Facts about me include: I have the implant birth control, about 20 years old, sensitive skin. I think it might just be dry skin?? Nothing itches, no smell, and I don't believe I am on my period. Just concerned. What are your thoughts?:)
